Club Officers & Directors

Our Club has 6 Directors. They serve two year terms and are responsible to conduct all business for the Chapter. They are also responsible for the development and maintenance of the Chapter. Three of the directors are elected each year by the membership at our Annual Winter Meeting.  The Directors in turn, elect the Officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary/Treasurer) at their first 'Directors' meeting of the year.  The officers serve for 1 year. . 

Directors meet as needed but at least once prior to each of the Clubs general membership meetings. Any member interested in becoming a 'Director' should contact:

The duties of the officers are:

President: Presides over all Club Meetings

Vice-President: Functions as the President in his/her absence and oversees all committees.

Secretary/Treasurer: Keeps minutes of all Club meetings and maintains accurate and business like records of all financial activities of the Club.
